Orchard House has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our team as we prepare to open our new 6 bedded respite unit. If you would like the chance to work in a purpose-built environment where the emphasis is on truly person centred care please get in touch.


We are a family run business and are as positive about supporting our team as we are our residents and day care visitors. The right candidate will have evidence of working at management level and be able to maintain a standard of care as required by the Care Quality Commission, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
 The position is full time and requires the skills and knowledge to be able to assist the Registered Manager with all aspects of running the home. This will include some shift work.

The ideal candidate is likely to have a level 4 or 5 qualification in health and social care or a nursing qualification and be keen to develop professionally. Most importantly they will share our Values of ‘Enhancing Lives and Working Together’
